Sad Pillow Story

A Disappointed Sleeper 5/17/2025

I'm giving this product a low rating because it was not what I expected. A few years ago my husband and I purchased two of your pillows. Those pillows were thick, heavy and were perfect for me, because I am very picky. Most pillows before that would satisfy me for only a few months, then I would have to get a new one. My first Stearns and Foster pillow held up for years instead of months. My pillow traveled with me and unfortunately I left it at a motel and was unable to retrieve it. I decided to order a new pillow from your company and, unfortunately, the pillow I got was nothing like my original pillow. It's very flimsy and for me is not comfortable to sleep on. There is really nothing wrong with the pillow except that it is not what I was hoping for. I'm very disappointed with my purchase, especially since I can't return it (which I totally understand).

No longer have a sore neck

I have tried many types of pillows. This is the first one that does not give me a sore neck. Finally get a good night sleep.

Quality Pillow but pricey

First order I received was just a box full of bags. After a few phone calls, I finally was able to get the pillow reordered for free and shipped. This pillow is pretty good for my chronic neck pain but is a pricey product.
