Since I already had a good opinion on the Tempurpedic brand I decided to try their pillow. With the sale price it was a no-brainer. I was happy to see that the pillow did not disappoint. It's very soft and comfortable. I've had a neck pain for a while and it pretty much have gone away now. I lived the pillow so much I bought one for my brother and my parents.

As we all search for the perfect pillow, this is the best I've found for me. Soft and foam but supportive and doesn't hurt my head. Doesn't go flat, so it's soft with substance- I'm mostly a stomach sleeper but also on my back sometimes and it works for both.

The pillows feel similar to memory foam. Unsure what the cooling technology does. For my tastes the pillows sink too much. It is as if you are level with the bed. I am using the pillows as something to put between my knees as I often sleep on my side. All in all, well made pillow with an inflated price tag.

I bought both the Cloud Pillow and Cloud + Cooling for a new home. I've had the the Cloud Pillow for years and love it but thought I would try the +Cooling to help with night sweats. I have both pillows on my bed and there is absolutely NO difference between the two in terms of cooling and the Cloud + is a much thinner pillow-all for about twice the price. Regret paying the extra money for absolutely NOTHING

While I wanted to love the pillow, the loft was substantially too low for me. I got the buy one, get one promo when I ordered. It happens that I only opened ONE pillow and slept on it with a pillow case for 3 days. Neck pain and arm numbness made me stop using it. I called customer service and was told they do not refund pillows. Even a supervisor could do nothing for me. Lesson learned. Many high end pillow companies allow a trial period with refund if needed. No more tempurpedic products for this shopper.

The pillow is thicker than I was used to and firmer, so it took some a few nights to fully adjust to it. It was worth it. After visiting the family over the holidays and staying in the guest room, I realized how much of a difference this pillow made for my neck. In the two weeks away, I developed some stiffness and neck pains, but the first night back here I slept soundly, comfortably, and woke up with no pain.
Also, I normally get pretty warm at night and the cool-side of the pillow is the only comfortable side for me. Previous pillows would require flipping over in the middle of the night if I woke up, but this pillow does not seem to heat up like others as much which is a nice bonus.

I love these pillows. I kept several types of pillows on my bed to switch out when my neck or shoulder start to ache. Now I only need the tempur-cloud pillow! It feels firm at first but then you slowly melt into the pillow. Love it.
