60 Day Comfort Guarantee.
If you are not satisfied with your new mattress for 60 days from the date of delivery you may exchange it for a new one (please note there is a restocking fee). You will receive a credit toward any other mattress in our store. Due to an expected break in period and the natural adjusting period your body goes through when getting a new mattress you must sleep on it for 30 nights before exchanging. A very reasonable swap out fee of $70 for in town will apply. Out of town will be additional. The law tag must be attached and the mattress must be free of any soils or stains and unscented. You are limited to ONE swap out. This is easily achievable by lying down and taking the time to make sure the mattress is right for you. Products that don’t qualify are Linens, Pillows, Special Order items, Adjustable Bases, Water Beds, Floor Models, Close out Models, and Sets purchased for under $499.
120% Price Guarantee.
Under our Sleep EZ Guarantee, if, within 120 days, you find a lower price on an identical mattress set you bought from us in a printed advertisement from a local retail competitor, the Sleep Center will refund up to 120 percent of the difference between our price and that advertised price. Details:
1) Local retail competitor must have the identical mattress set you purchased in stock at the time of the advertisement.
2) Refund amount cannot exceed the difference between the price you paid and our invoice cost.
3) Printed advertisement must be generally circulated publication
4) The Sleep Center Rest Easy Guarantee does not apply to floor models, discontinued sets, as-is models, clearance or closeout models. Limit one deal per customer. No dealers please. This offer does not cover misprints, typographical errors or going out of business sales.
